The Docker bolt-on consumed as `.makefile/container/`. Extends the core lifecycle DAG with container build backends, compose orchestration for dev and CI scenarios, secrets management, dependency fetching, variant sweeps, image vulnerability scanning, and i18n locale generation.

The universal Makefile framework consumed by every project as `.makefile/core/`. Provides variable resolution, git state detection, CI accumulators, host-safe workflows, the scenario and lifecycle DAG skeleton, and universal linting targets.

The base-image integration consumed as `.makefile/b19/`. Defines the b19 image series (`images/<base>.yaml`), the shared CI node config, build and scaffold scripts, and the conventions that wire the b19 base images into the M6E lifecycle DAG.

The data library consumed as `.makefile/library/`. One repo of data files in two roles: per-language stacks (`languages/<lang>.yaml`) providing base-image series defaults, build-args, cache mounts, and the CI tool/node manifest for each supported language; and frameworks (`frameworks/<fw>.yaml`), each building on a language and including it, so a consumer names only the framework.

Spiderlint crawls every page a site serves, collects facts about each request (HTML, headers, TLS, timings, sizes) and lints them against rulesets scoped by URL group, so a template missing a heading is one finding rather than one per page.

Report Relay accepts the security reports browsers and mail servers send — Reporting API batches, legacy CSP report-uri bodies, network error logs and SMTP TLS reports — and emits one OpenTelemetry log record per report, so they land in the existing Loki, Tempo and Grafana stack instead of a separate collector per report type.

Prometheus exporter that scrapes the Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists Doomsday Clock value and exposes it as a gauge of seconds to midnight. A background scraper caches the value with a configurable TTL, serves stale values with a degradation gauge on upstream failure, and retries with exponential backoff.

Core Go library shared by every projectfile.org tool: pf-cli, pf-bridge and pf-ci. It parses, resolves and validates projectfiles against the embedded v1 schema, exposing the typed model the tools build on. Published as a Go module for reuse across the projectfile fleet.
